Justin will be speaking on -Personality as a Business Tool -

" One of the most over-used phrases in our business, especially when it comes to branding, is to simply "be yourself!" But what does it mean to actually infuse your personality into every aspect of your business and make it an asset as you grow? Even though I started photographing weddings back in 2010, my business didn't take off until I put who I am at the forefront. And having been on the other side of wedding planning as a client, I've gotten to see how vendors' vibes can be a beacon of light or a huge red flag. So let's dive into how everyone - from the most gregarious extrovert to a quieter introvert - can use their personality on the job, gaining clients trust, to embolden your marketing, and to set yourself apart while networking."
